Free shipping for UK orders over £100.

Europe Shipping

£15 flat rate. Delivery is estimated within 7-10 working days, depending on location.

International Shipping

£20 flat rate. Delivery is estimated within 10-15 working days, depending on location.

Customs and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store, and items purchased in-store cannot be returned online.

RETURNS ONLINE

Customers can request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

To initiate a return, email us at hkfashion.sales@gmail.com with your order details. We will then provide you with the details and next steps to proceed.

RETURN COST

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered, and any original postage paid by the customer is non-refundable.

For orders that qualified for free shipping (e.g. orders over £100) and are returned in full (subject to the return conditions), a fee of £4.50 will be deducted from the refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES IN-STORE

We only offer exchanges and do not provide refunds for in-store purchases. Items can be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase and require a valid receipt. We do not offer second exchanges.

All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags still attached. Any items that appear damaged, stained, or altered will not be accepted.

Sale or discounted items are final sales and cannot be exchanged.

If an item is found to be faulty or damaged at the time of purchase, please return it to the store with your receipt within 14 days, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
